The takeaway for employees with all the changes that AI will bring is that they have to educate themselves and develop/foster other activities. I don't think that anyone young can count on a long career in banking these days.
That's a controversial take and I'd say, definitely thought-provoking! I get the sense we'll have much, much less computer-screen-based jobs in the years to come... Sadly, this won't be limited to banking either -- that's my take at least.
