Hi Ari! This is very interesting and thought provoking. And thank you for the mention! I guess I worry about the labour market and how to incentive top minds and top performers if strategy or competition is off the table? Is it off the table?!
Interesting question indeed! If I may take the audacity to identify the two of us as such top minds & performers, I'd say that what motivates me most is contributing to an even better quality of life for everybody and everything on the planet. If we don't do strategy or competition, might collaboration on important and urgent topics be enough for top performers?
